With over 50 years of entrepreneurial experience, Mr. Birendra Agarwal is the founder of Creative Garments. He has been instrumental in transforming the company from a modest venture into one of India’s top exporters of women’s western wear to leading European brands.

A self-made entrepreneur, Mr. Agarwal’s strong work ethic and vision have driven innovation in fabric development and garment design. His leadership has helped expand Creative Garments’ global presence, making it a trusted partner for international fashion labels.

Puneet Kapoor joined Creative Garments in 2004 in Mumbai, India. After successfully leading and expanding the apparels business, he took over as Managing Director of the Company. Under his leadership, the apparel business grew to new heights and now employs over 1000 people and has factories set up in Kalyan & Bhiwandi. The Company has recently opened a new office in Dubai catering to the Apparel business & outdoor products. Since 2020, he has taken over the reins of the investment activities for the Company in other businesses.
